I’ve wanted to be a lot of things in my life: astronomer, comic book artist, baker, mathematician, celtic fiddler. Time Lord.
But most of all I wanted to tell stories. Because that way I could have it all. I could write about witches and fortune-tellers and intergalactic travelers. So now I do!

I also love to travel. Here’s my husband and me in Paris, at the “point zero” mark in front of Notre Dame from which all distances in the city are traditionally measured. I am probably wondering what the distance is to the nearest pâtisserie!
